Oxy-Propane Gouging Nozzle

The use of oxy- propane allows for high speed cost effective production.

The most common use is to “back gouge” butt welds to remove any defects prior to laying the final sealing run.

They also find application in the removal of defective welds or flaws in steel plates.

There are 4 models in the range each providing a “U” groove of different dimensions.

Specification;

PGNM-1 tip size 1 cutting width 3 – 6mm, oxygen pressure 2.5 bar, propane pressure 0.30 – 0.50 bar

PGNM-2 tip size 2 cutting width  5 -10mm, oxygen pressure 3.5 bar,propane pressure 0.30 – 0.50 bar

PGNM- 3 tip size 4 cutting width 6 – 13mm,oxygen pressure 3.5 bar, propane pressure 0.30 – 0.50 bar

PGNM- 4 tip size 4 cutting width 10 – 19mm, oxygen pressure 4.0 bar, propane pressure 0.30 – 0.50 bar
