Features:
The Optrel Liteflip Autopilot PAPR combines the advantages of a flip-up welding helmet with the simple operation of the Optrel Autopilot.
With a shade level range from 5 to 14 and fully automatic adjustment, the Optrel Liteflip Autopilot achieves a new level of performance with added convenience.
All tasks, such as measuring, testing, grinding and other welding applications, can be performed without any manual adjustments to the helmet whilst ensuring the welder is always protected.
With true colour view the specially developed UV/IR filter allows a realistic perception of colours and brings colour into welding applications.
Unlike other ADF lenses that rapidly return to light, the Twilight ADF technology featured on the Optrel Liteflip Autopilot allows the eyes a smoother transition back to normal light conditions. This exclusive technology reduces eye fatigue and discomfort, most noticeably in continuous welding applications.
Application ranges include most electric arc welding process, Electrode welding (SMAW) MIG / MAG (GMAW) / (GMAW). High melting rate process such as Flux Cored Wire applications, TIG welding (GTAW), Plasma Arc cutting or welding, Oxy-fuel gas cutting and welding.
Not suitable for laser welding.
Weighing only 730 grams, the Optrel Liteflip Autopilot PAPR is one of the lightest flip-up PAPR welding helmets available. Its ergonomic and well balanced design minimizes strain on the head and neck for continuous work applications.
