CarbideMax TCT Broach cutters are tipped with individually brazed cutting teeth of the highest quality tungsten carbide, which work well in difficult materials such as stainless steel, cast iron as well as all grades of structural steel.

CarbideMax 40 series broaching cutters will cut up to 35mm thickness of metal.

They are designed with an elaborate cutting geometry which results in faster, quieter, easier drilling and chatter free performance.

Due to the teeth of the cutter doing all of the hard work, less strain is put on the wall of the cutter, therefore the thinner wall means less metal is removed, giving a faster cutting performance.

Set comprises of popular cutters 12,14,18,22 and 26mm plus 2 pilot pins to suit.
