GYS GYSARC 220 FV CEL MMA Welder Package
Product Overview
-
The GYSARC 220 FV CEL is an industrial dual voltage MMA welding inverter that can be run from an 85V power supply, right up to 265V. Equipped with the latest electronic technology and designed to deliver exceptional welding characteristics across a variety of applications. Manufactured around reinforced electronics and with a high duty cycle, the GYSARC 220 FV CEL cellulosic MMA welder is ideally suited for the intensive use of rutile, basic, aluminium, or cellulosic welding electrodes from 1.6 – 5.0mm in diameter. Ideal for MMA/ TIG welding of materials up to 10mm in thickness on carbon steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Built to withstand harsh workshop or site environments the GYSARC 220 FV CEL MMA inverters have rugged casing, reinforced electronics and are tested to IP23 protection. The machine is also equipped with a TIG lift (DC) mode which ensures high quality weld beads can be produced even on thin sheets. Robust and versatile, the GYSARC 220 FV CEL offers the user greater welding flexibility, comfort and maximum productivity.

Four welding modes which include MMA,MMA Adjustable Pulse, TIG lift (DC) and TIG lifted (DC) Adjustable Pulse.
Two MMA welding modes; MMA standard for welding with basic, rutile and cellulosic electrodes up to Ø 5 mm. MMA Adjustable Pulse helps to simplify welding in the vertical upright position.
The two TIG Lift modes can be used for more precise work on thinner sheet materials. Easier start to ensure perfect quality welding bead and a simple movement of the wrist starts the automatic downslope to ensure a smooth and clean welding finish. TIG lift (DC) Adjustable Pulse facilitates the welding of really thin sheets down to 0.3 mm and helps to increase the weld bead penetration.
Adjustable Hot Start is used to deliver a higher amperage when the electrode first comes into contact with the metal. This helps to prevent the electrode from sticking when the metal or the electrode are cold.
Anti-Sticking makes it easier to create the arc with any type of metal. Low Hot Start is used for thin metal sheets, whilst a higher Hot Start is better for metals that are more difficult to weld such as dirty or oxidized sheets.
Adjustable Arc force helps to ensure better penetration and prevention of the electrode sticking.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) reduces the open-circuit voltage of the welding machine when the welding machine is on, but not being used, such as when you’ve just finished an electrode and need to replace it with a new one This delivers added safety when operating in MMA or Lift-TIG mode to help ensure welders safety in specific environments such as mines, chemical plants, shipyards, etc.
The Anti-Dust (AD) ventilation tunnel helps to protect the electronics against any external pollution.
Flexible Voltage (FV) means the machines can operate from 85 volts to 265 volts, on a simple 230V-16A or 110V-32A plug, even in intensive use and on-site extensions up to 100 meters long.
Power Factor Correction (PFC) 30% energy saved. PFC technology supresses peaks and regulates the supply current. It also allows for the use of extension leads or generators and contributes to better arc stability during the welding phase.
Protec 400 can withstand occasional or permanent voltage variations on the electrical network up to 400volt.
