Alfra TML1000 Lifting Magnet
Product Overview
-
The Alfra TML1000 plate lifting magnet offers the latest in permanent magnet technology. TML (thin material lifting) systems give greater lifting force over most other conventional permanent magnet plate lifters on the market. TML magnets are smaller, lighter more powerful and have a greater clamping force even on thinner materials.

Features:
Easy activation with minimal effort thanks to ergonomic activation lever, the permanent magnet is actuated using a one handed effortless and ergonomic lever which is held in place with a safety catch. An oil filled shock absorber on the TML1000 is incorporated on the backside of the magnet in order to absorb any recoil energy of the lever. The thinner the material to be lifted the higher the recoil energy to be absorbed. A set screw on the backside of the magnet makes it possible to adjust the shock absorber variably, so that the upward movement of the lever is controlled and operates smoothly. This adjustment can be made simply by using a flat-blade screwdriver.
Outstanding performance on thin-walled materials from 3mm
On S235 steels 220kg lifting force is already available on 3mm material thickness and up to 1000kg lifting force on 12mm materials and above.
TML magnets offer a weight reduction of 70% when compared to other magnets with the same lifting force.
Revolutionary magnetic technology and the ergonomic activation lever, allows for a much wider range of lifting solutions, including internally on smaller beams.
Rotatable load swivel allows for 360 ° swivelling and vertical lifting.
Durable hardened steel magnetic surface with TiN coating prevents damage and ensures a long service life.
