  • The 3M™ Scotchbrite Centre-pin backing pads are used in conjunction with Scotchbrite Surface Conditioning discs with a centring hole.

    The centre-pin system helps to reduce vibration levels by centring and securing the disc in the correct position on the back-up pad. It also significantly reduces the risk of disc fly-off from the back-up pad.

    Quick and easy placement and centring of discs to save you time

    Does not interfere with the work surface to deliver a clean finish and allows the surface conditioning discs disc to be used at usual angle for perfect deburring.

    M14 female thread; compatible with any angle grinder with a M14 male thread which does not exceed the maximum operating speed.

    Maximum Speed; 11,000 RPM.
