The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 fibre discs 1182C use the re-engineered precision-shaped grain, a proprietary technology designed with sharp, angular grain structures that continuously fracture to form new sharp points that wear evenly, run cooler, and optimize the mineral breakdown making the difference in performance instantly noticeable. The 1182C fibre discs have taken the legendary cutting speed and life of the 3M™ Cubitron™ II abrasives to the next level of performance. Not only does the 1182C outperform the original precision-shaped grain with longer life, but it also delivers a vast performance improvement. The benefits include increased productivity and lower overall grinding costs compared to other fibre discs and depressed centre grinding discs when working on mild or carbon steels.
A whole new cut level: Delivers up to 51% faster initial cut rate and up to 61% faster sustained cut rate compared to the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Fibre Disc 982C, 36+ Will achieve up to 29% more work when compared with the Cubitron™ II 982CX Pro fibre discs.
